Your employer plan offers you the opportunity to invest in one of five multi-asset-class funds, or one single-asset-class fund.
Managing your investment
Your employer can take the hassle out of making contributions by deducting your contributions automatically from your pay.
Your employer plan offers a range of options to help you save for your retirement. You can:
- make additional regular or lump sum contributions anytime
- withdraw your savings when you reach the retirement age of your employer plan, or when you stop being employed by your employer
- switch between any of the funds.
Your employer plan is governed by rules agreed between the trustee, the SIL Employer Scheme and your employer. The rules are set out in the Employer Participation Agreement, and are also described in the Supplement document.
